Fire Spread Modeling
In fire prone ecosystems, unplanned and unmanaged fires can have devastating effects, taking
peoples lives, destroying livestock and ruining businesses and property. The identification of
who is legally responsible for the start of a fire and the damage of property or loss of life can
be extremely confusing when there are multiple fire origins to essentially one large fire.

This system has been developed in Australia over the last twenty years and has now been introduced
to South Africa to assist in prescribed burns and the management of fuel loads. It can be mounted to rotary or fixed wing aircraft.

Fire Barrier Curtains
Fire Barrier Curtains were developed after 14 fire fighters died in a burnover on
Stormking Mountain. They have been developed so that if training, tactics or safety procedures fail
 - the firefighter has a fighting chance of survival. A number of products have been developed to
further enhance the fire fighters safety.
